Turnaround Arts Management's president, Caroline Werth, has over twenty-five years of experience managing major performing arts centers, and consulting for important venues throughout the United States. She is an acknowledged leader in her field with particular expertise in the areas of pre-architectural planning, sponsorship and fundraising, customer-centric training, and educational and outreach programming.

Ms. Werth has led important venues in urban and suburban settings. During her tenure at New York City's Colden Center for the Performing Arts, the New York Times deemed it the "Lincoln Center of Queens and Long Island."  She oversaw construction of the George Mason Center for the Arts, in Fairfax Virginia, and developed its program, public image and marketing strategy resulting in virtually sold-out seasons. At New Haven Connecticut's Shubert Theater, she reinstated its legacy as "Birthplace of the Nation's Greatest Hits" by presenting world premieres and pre-Broadway try-outs, while diversifying its programming with dance, opera, classical music, jazz, pop, family and comprehensive educational programs.

She served as an officer, director and member of the executive committee of the International Society for the Performing Arts, and was a longtime Chair of that organization's Standing Committee on Arts Marketing.  She is a member of the Association of Performing Arts Administrators, and the League of American Theaters and Producers, and was a Tony voter from 1992-2003.

She has been honored by many organizations for her work in the arts, including selection by the Kennedy Center and the Institute of Arts Management as 1997 Arts Manager of the Year, as well as numerous citations for leadership and achievement in the Arts by New York City's Mayor, the Queens Borough President and the Department of Cultural Affairs, among others.

Ms. Werth received her B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York and was a Masters Degree Fellow in Theater Arts at Emerson College, Boston, MA
